Cancellation Policy
My policy on cancellations and late arrivals is as follows:
For late arrivals up to half the length of the session, the session will still go ahead but only for the remaining half of the session.
For example, a late arrival for an hour long session can arrive up to 30 minutes late, but will only receive tutoring up to the prior-agreed end time.
A late arrival for a 1.5 hour long session can arrive up to 45 minutes late, but again will only receive tutoring up to when the session should have ended.
Any arrivals later than after half of the session from the original start time, will be cancelled without refund.
You can reschedule each session twice for free, after which that session will be cancelled without refund.
I ask that if you'd like to reschedule you let me know as soon as you become aware that you need to reschedule, and a minimum 1 hour before the session starts.
You can cancel your session and get that session refunded, provided you provide 1 days notice before the session and it's not a rescheduled session.
A rescheduled session cannot be cancelled with refund, this is to prevent circumventing the notice periods by rescheduling the hour before a session
then cancelling a session ahead of the notice period to get a refund.
The cut-off time for session cancellations is 9pm the previous day. You can cancel via email, or whichever way we maintain contact.
